You can issue refunds by instantly converting fiat into the stablecoin originally used, then sending directly to the wallet used in the initial payment.
No, stablecoin payments can not be disputed, which reduces the operations burden for businesses. Stablecoins are transferred instantly once the payment is confirmed and cannot be reversed unless a refund is initiated by the merchant.
